Project deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover initial project setup, research, strategy development, and resource allocation. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that work has begun on your project and resources have been committed.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms include:

• Deposits paid are non-refundable
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed according to the agreed rate
• Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable
• You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date upon payment of outstanding invoices

• We are unable to deliver services as outlined in the project agreement

• Services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement

Intellectual Property Rights

Until final payment is received, all work created remains the intellectual property of Zythorinrruz. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to you as specified in the project agreement.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.
